14 Oct Brilliant Buns in Year 3
Year 3 have been doing some fabulous cooking in DT. We tried some seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in the UK. We then used excellent cutting skills to make fruit rolls with a sweet honey, yogurt dip. In our next lesson we weighed, measured, mixed and kneaded to make a hedgehog roll. We enjoyed then fresh from the oven with our own churned butter infused with thyme and oregano. Take a look, you might just see a future Bake-off star!
