An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Other Third Party Cookies
We use third party plugins to integrate with other websites or services. For these to work they may set cookies through our site. Third Party Disclosure

We only share personal data with them that is necessary for the services they provide and they will only process that data in accordance with our instructions. Retention Periods
If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
IP addresses that break our security parameters may be stored for 30 days in order to prevent brute force (repeat) attacks or malicious activity.
