15 Mar Jubilee World Book Day 2021
It was simply brilliant to see all the children dressed in their special costumes and outfits last Friday. We are so thankful that we decided to postpone the World Book Day celebrations until all the children had returned, as it was a really fitting way to end our first week back on a high note. In typical creative Jubilee style, children across the school took the opportunity to get into character and express themselves through the magic of disguise! We had some really interesting characters chosen, ranging from Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, to pirates, princesses, gingerbread men and the ever present and popular Spiderman! Of course we missed the traditional family Reading Breakfast that we enjoy each year (postponed until 2022!), but we were still able to see the classes in our virtual assembly. Thank you to everyone who was able to be involved. Keep reading!
